The IBC pallet is the solution made of carbon steel painted in RAL 2004 orange, customizable and ideal for safely storing 2 1000-liter IBC tanks. The spill pallet comes complete with a nameplate with technical data and safety labeling in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 81 of 2008 and is made of steel, making it ideal for the containment of chemical liquids. It also complies with the Italian Interministerial Resolution of July 27, 1984 and the international standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2021. The spill pallet complies with Italian laws, according to which it must be able to hold at least 33 percent of the total volume stored, or the larger container, whichever is greater. For use in other countries, care should be taken to ensure that specific local regulations and laws are met.

The use of the spill pallet is mandatory when storing and transferring hazardous liquids that must be contained in a dedicated basin so that they do not fall to the ground by entering the environment. In addition, the safety level of the IBC pallet can be increased by selecting side walls that prevent splashes from escaping from the perimeter of the spill pallet.

Making the IBC pallet the ideal product for pouring operations as well is simple by adding the tank stand and pouring stand to the basic version. The sloping tank support lifts it up, allowing it to be emptied into a small container to be placed on the galvanized steel transfer stand.
