Metal cutting band saw Fervi 0692 with manual and hydraulic descent

The metal cutting band saw Fervi is a product thanks to which it is possible to cut metallic materials. Designed to be used to make cuts on section bars with a circular, solid or hollow section of a maximum diameter of 170 mm, a square section (solid or hollow) of a maximum of 170 mm or a rectangular section (solid or hollow) with a maximum size of 210x140 mm. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with a system that allows cooling by means of a liquid which can be started by using the appropriate button on the control panel. This allows for a more precise and faster machining.

The operation of the metal cutting band saw can take place both manually and automatically. When using the manual mode, the blade activation can take place through the direct control of the operator, while in the automatic lowering mode the blade is activated with the button on the control panel and the direct control of the operator during the cutting operations is not necessary. To select the mode, just use the special selector in the control panel.

On the hydraulic support cylinder of the Fervi metal cutting band saw, there are the controls that allow the descent speed to be regulated automatically. Furthermore, the vice for securing the piece can be adjusted through the appropriate handwheel which opens and closes the jaws and the locking lever which allows you to block the piece after positioning the jaws with the handwheel.

It is possible to adjust the tension of the band saw blade, thanks to the adjustment handwheel and the blade tension display tool. Two versions of the metal cutting band saw are available, it is in fact possible to choose between the model with the 230V motor and the one with the 400V motor.
