Modulcontainer for drums on shelf with EI30/120 certified panels, spill pallet and sliding doors

The modulcontainer is the ideal insulated solution for containing drums on the shelf. Doors, sides and roof are made with 50 or 100 mm mineral wool sandwich panels certified respectively EI30 or EI120 with fire resistance class A2 S1-d0 interposed between the galvanized sheets. This type of structure allows to obtain an excellent thermal insulation and limit the temperature fluctuations that could damage the substances stored inside the deposit. Furthermore, the container module, consisting of a collection tank and prefabricated element made of steel, can be moved with a forklift 2/3 times a year.

Safety and solidity of the modulcontainer are guaranteed as the deposit is made in compliance with the following standards:
• international standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 certificate n. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and the Essential Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection (referred to the manufacturer);
• EU directives 2009/104/CE Work equipment;
• national directives Legislative Decree 81/2008 annex V Consolidated text on safety at work.
Furthermore, upon request, the container module can be supplied with UNI EN 1090 certification which allows the CE mark to be affixed.

In the construction of the modulcontainer, the Italian legislation on containment was considered, therefore the spill pallet at the base is structured to contain the greater of 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. If you intend to use the deposit in a non-Italian territory, it is important to check the national regulations in force. For example, in France it is planned to contain 50% of the total stored, in Germany 10%.

The sheet thickness of doors, walls and roof is 0.8mm, the sheet thickness of the spill pallet is 3mm. Doors, sides and roof are also made with EI30 / 120 certified mineral wool panels 50/100 mm thick interposed between the galvanized sheet. The modulcontainer has a provision for fixing to the ground with dowels and it is equipped with a hot-dip galvanized grating floor, with 66x55 mm mesh.

If flammable substances are stored, ventilation grids are strongly recommended. These are designed in such a way that they comply with Italian regulations (Ministerial Decree 18/05/95) and therefore guarantee ventilation equal to 1/30 of the floor area. In the event that the modulcontainer is used outside Italy, it will be necessary to check the relevant regulations of the country in question (e.g. in Germany they are recommended, while in France they are compulsory, but the provisions regarding number and structure may differ). Finally, on request, the following customization items are available: a polypropylene spill pallet for the storage of corrosive and aggressive liquids (acids, non-solvents), an explosion-proof ventilation system (ideal when storing high-risk flammable substances) and a 100% insulating structure.
