The modulcontainer is the safe solution for the outdoor storage of drums and containers of different sizes containing polluting and flammable substances. The structure consisting of a spill pallet and prefabricated steel, galvanized or painted in blue RAL5010, is practical and easy to move with a forklift. It is therefore the optimal product if you are looking for a solution to be moved 2/3 times a year.

In the design of the modulcontainer, the following standards were observed:
• international standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 certificate n. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italy and the Essential Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection (referred to the manufacturer);
• EU directives 2009/104/CE Work equipment;
• national Italian directives Legislative Decree 81/2008 annex V Consolidated text on safety at work.
Furthermore, it is possible to request the UNI EN 1090 certification which allows to affix the CE marking.

Made in compliance with Italian legislation, the modulcontainer is equipped with a spill pallet that contains the greatest between the 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. If you intend to use the modulcontainer outside of Italy, it is therefore necessary to check the current legislation regarding containment (in France 50% of the total stored volume is required, while in Germany 10%).

To meet different needs, the modulcontainer can be accessorized with ventilation grids for the storage of flammable substances, insulating roof in mineral wool sandwich panels 50 mm certified EI30 with resistance class fire A2 S1-d0 interposed between the galvanized sheets and access ramp. If you plan to store flammable substances, the optional ventilation grids are highly recommended. Their design complies with the provisions of Ministerial Decree 18/05/95 and allows ventilation of 1/30 of the floor area. If the modulcontainer is to be used outside Italy, it will be necessary to verify the relevant national regulations (e.g. in Germany they are recommended, while in France they are compulsory, but the regulations concerning the number in relation to the floor area may vary from those in Italy).

The modulcontainer models available all have a 0.8 mm thick sheet of doors, walls and roof, while the thickness of the spill pallet sheet is 3 mm. Furthermore, all models are complete with hot-dip galvanized grating floor, 66x55 mm mesh and predisposition for fixing to the ground with dowels.

On request, a spill pallet with internal polypropylene lining is available, recommended for the storage of corrosive and aggressive liquids (acids, non-solvents) and explosion-proof ventilation, ideal when storing high-risk flammable substances. Finally, on request, the modulcontainer can be 100% insulated.
