Open fronted ESD boxes 350/300 x 200 H 200 mm

The open fronted ESD boxes are an effective tool to prevent electrostatic discharges from damaging the electronic components that are stored and moved every day in departments and warehouses of companies in the electronics and logistics sector. Thanks to the innovative material they are made of - ESD conductive polypropylene - these containers are perfect for use in EPA areas (ESD protected area). The robust structure and intelligent design allows you to have the desired items always available even when the boxes are stacked on several levels.

The special material with which the open fronted conductive boxes are made is a high quality plastic polymer to which additives are mixed for rapid dissipation of static charges that could form as a result of friction and movement. The well-reinforced structure equipped with a ribbed bottom guarantees resistance to wear and tear and stability, making the container suitable for intensive professional use and easily stackable even when fully loaded.

The open fronted ESD boxes measure 350/300 x 200 H 200 mm and weigh 848 grams each. When stacked, they can support loads up to a maximum of 120 kg, and 20 kg individually. The purchasable models are available in black. These elements can be easily sanitized, but the use of aggressive chemical agents is not recommended for cleaning.

The technical requirements and indications contained in the CEI EN 61340-5-1 standard (ref. IEC 61340-2-3) have been followed by the manufacturer from the design phase to the construction phase of the open fronted ESD boxes, as a guarantee of a product suitable for the management of ESDs (Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive Devices).
