Open fronted ESD boxes 350/300 x 200 H 145 mm

The open fronted ESD boxes, with their open top design, offer efficient organization and reliable protection for small to medium-sized electronic components. These containers, thanks to the material they are made of, are able to quickly neutralize static electricity, avoiding irreversible damage to sensitive electronic parts. They are particularly suitable for industries such as electronics, logistics and industrial departments that have or want to set up a dedicated EPA (ESD Protected Area) area.

Molded in ESD plastic, the open fronted ESD boxes are stackable, guaranteeing stability thanks to the lateral reinforcements. They have a ribbed bottom and each box has an individual load capacity of 15 kg; they can be stacked up to a maximum load of 90 kg. The available model is black, with an individual weight of 678 gr and total dimensions of 350/300 x 200 H 145 mm.

The selection of raw materials and the quality of Italian manufacturing are evident in these boxes. By using ESD-conductive polypropylene, a mixture of plastic polymers with special additives, the formation of electrostatic discharges is prevented. These containers can be used in environments with temperatures between -20°C and +60°C and can be easily sanitized with non-aggressive products.

The manufacturer scrupulously follows the manufacturing standards established by the CEI EN 61340-5-1 standard (ref. IEC 61340-2-3) to guarantee the conformity of the open fronted ESD boxes. This standard regulates the use of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive Devices) and establishes the technical production requirements.
