ESD boxes 400 x 300 H 220 mm

The ESD boxes made of ESD (Electro Static Discharge) polypropylene are the compact solution for the safe storage and transport of sensitive electronic components specifically designed for the production, logistics and assembly lines of the electronics industry. Compared to other types of containers, ESD ones in fact avoid the formation of electrostatic charges which could damage the most delicate electronic materials. Among the advantages of these containers we find lightness, resistance to wear and standard sizes compatible with euro pallets.

The material used for the manufacture of antistatic boxes is ESD conductive polypropylene, i.e. a plastic polymer with additives that guarantee protection from electrostatic discharges. The box resists temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C and offers a reinforced structure for safe stacking even when fully loaded, with closed walls and closed bottom. This container is easily sanitized, but the use of aggressive chemical agents is not recommended.

The ESD boxes are offered in the black version, have external dimensions of 400x300x220h mm and can be equipped with a hinged lid, available as an accessory. The boxes weigh 1200 g, have an internal volume of 19.90 liters and a capacity of 12 kg individually and 500 kg when stacked.
