ESD boxes 600 x 400 H 325 mm

The ESD boxes are the spacious solution for protecting electronic assembly materials from electrical discharges, ideal for companies in the electronics industry and beyond. Electronic components and modules can unintentionally suffer damage caused by friction and unnecessary handling when placed in standard containers. Their composition of ESD (Electro Static Discharge) conductive polypropylene minimizes failures due to electrical discharges, while also providing a lightweight, stackable, and wear-resistant solution, compatible with Euro pallets.

The antistatic boxes have generous dimensions: 600 x 400 x 325 mm, with an internal volume of 60 liters, individual load capacity of 20 kg, and stacking load capacity of 300 kg. They weigh only 3550 grams individually. The hinged lid is available as an optional accessory to enhance the functionality, safety, and completeness of the box. In this case, the internal usable height will be reduced from 321 mm to 312 mm.

The raw material is produced by incorporating special anti-static additives into the prime-grade polypropylene compound, offered in the RAL 9011 black color for this specific box. The operating temperature range for the conductive boxes is from -20°C to +60°C, and they can be easily and effectively sanitized without the use of aggressive chemicals. The design, with closed bottom, closed walls, and side reinforcements, ensures a highly durable structure suitable for safe stacking even at full load.

To be defined as "conductive containers," the manufacturing and design of these ESD boxes must comply with CEI EN 61340-5-1 (ref. IEC 61340-2-3) standards, which define a set of criteria for handling Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive Devices (ESDs), in addition to the technical requirements that manufacturers must adhere to.
