Plastic pallet box for industry 1200 x 1000 H 580 heavy 430 liters

The plastic pallet box 120 x 100 is the solution for industrial and food use with a capacity of 430 liters. It is made of non-toxic HDPE (high density polyethylene), certified for direct contact with food and suitable for containing liquids, even of an acidic or alkaline nature. The container is produced by UNI EN ISO 9001-2008 certified companies in compliance with the principles of environmental sustainability and is presented as a completely recyclable quality product.

The plastic pallet box is particularly suitable for cold storage due to its resistance to low temperatures. Furthermore, the structure of the double-walled corner and central columns and the conformation of the bottom with reinforcing ribs make it perfect for heavy use during the transport and storage of bulk, packaged or liquid products. The container can therefore contain water but is not intended as a replacement for a tank, as it is not equipped with a watertight seal: if you need to store liquid products, however, wheels are strongly discouraged, and crosspieces are to be preferred, so as to increase the resistance of the pallet box.

A high level of hygiene is ensured by the smooth walls of the plastic pallet box which allow for easy cleaning. The useful internal dimensions of the plastic pallet box are 1110x910x425 mm. Furthermore, for greater customization it is possible to select some accessories such as the 125 mm diameter polyurethane nylon wheels or the crosspieces, but also the lid, the label holder and the cap and tap. On request it is possible to brand the container.

The maximum capacity of 1 single plastic pallet box, therefore the unit capacity, is 510 kg. The structure makes it possible to stack up to 8 containers, in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the entire stack is 4800 kg (static capacity). Finally, the values in the technical data sheets are valid at an ambient temperature of 23°C for containers not exposed to sunlight.
