Sandblast cabinet Fervi 0605 with two dust collectors

The sandblast cabinet by Fervi is a machine through which it is possible to clean and satin-finish metal surfaces by means of a pressurised flow of dry abrasive particles that can be either glass granules or abrasive stone granules. Processing can be performed with different degrees of finish depending on the type of abrasive particles used. Machining takes place inside a closed cabin. To introduce the workpiece, simply pull up the handle located on the front door. It will be possible to check the operation through the glass screen located on the door. The machine is for service and not for production and therefore not suitable for prolonged and continuous use.

This sandblast cabinet model is equipped with two dust collectors with filters. Thanks to these dust collectors, it is possible to prevent sand and dust from escaping into the surrounding environment. They enable the suction and filtration of dust, and are installed in the side parts of the machine. The first filter is connected directly to the control panel, while the second is only used when necessary, as it is equipped with an activation button on the outer casing.

In order for the professional sandblast cabinet to work properly, it must be connected to a compressor or a centralised compressed air system. The machine's pneumatic system is operated by a foot pedal located on the ground at the front of the machine and is regulated by a pressure reducer.

To adjust the amount of compressed air inside the sandblast cabinet, simply turn the pressure valve knob until the desired pressure is obtained. On the control panel, there are two manometers that allow you to check the value of the inlet pressure and the pressure inside the tank.
