Spill pallet with galvanized removable canopy 2000 x 2000 x 2330 mm

The spill pallet with galvanized canopy is the solution that allows the open-air storage of a 1000 litre IBC tank. It is the perfect solution for when space inside warehouses and production departments is limited. Thanks to this product, it is possible to store hazardous substances outdoors without having to resort to an all-round closed storage facility. It therefore represents a compromise when you are looking for safety but do not want to relinquish practicality. In fact, with this type of storage, the tapping and handling of stored substances is facilitated as the IBCs are immediately accessible.

The structure consists of a watertight spill pallet measuring 1330x1650x540+100 mm. The pallet is equipped with a hot-dip galvanized grid platform on which the IBC to be stored can be placed. Finally, the equipment includes a removable galvanized canopy that makes this solution extremely versatile and capable of adapting to any need.

Designed for the storage of a 1000-litre IBC, the spill pallet with canopy complies with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 81 of 2008. The latter in fact requires that the spill pallet has a capacity to hold the greater of 1/3 of the total volume of the stored containers and the entire volume of the largest stored container.

This spill pallet model measures 2000 x 2000 x 2330 mm and has a collection capacity of 1000 litres. Made in compliance with Italian legislation, the spill pallet guarantees a containment capacity equal to the greater of 33% of the total stored volume and the volume of the largest of the containers present.
