Spill pallet with galvanized removable canopy 3500 x 2000 x 2040 mm

The spill pallet with removable canopy is a solution whereby two IBC tanks can be stored outside. It is an ideal solution when interior space does not allow for the storage of certain substances, but at the same time does not consist of an all-round closed storage facility. It is therefore a product that offers a compromise between safety and practicality during the tapping and handling of stored substances. In fact, work operations are facilitated by the fact that the stored IBCs are immediately accessible.

The structure consists of a watertight spill pallet in painted steel with dimensions 2720x1650x250+100 mm. This is equipped with a hot-dip galvanized grate and complies with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 81 of 2008. In fact, this requires the pallet to have a capacity such that it can contain the greater of 1/3 of the total volume of the stored containers and the entire volume of the largest stored container.

This model of spill pallet with canopy is designed for the storage of two 1000 litre IBC tanks each and has a capacity of 1000 litres. The galvanized steel canopy makes the structure extremely versatile and able to adapt to different situations, as it can be removed if necessary.
