Storage container in steel 6240 x 1450 mm with spill pallet for drums 200 lt on grating

The storage container is the wide steel solution on 1 or 2 levels for safely storing up to 40 200-liter drums on the grid. Its monobloc structure is a definitive solution, as its handling would require lifting from above or the use of a forklift equipped with fork extensions and with adequate capacity. It allows to store the drums directly on the grid or to store them on pallets of 800x1200 and 1200x1200 mm. Different versions are available, in order to satisfy every need. In fact, it is possible to choose between containers with 1 or 2 levels, without doors, with sliding doors or with PVC tarpaulin.

The structure also includes the spill pallet which has containment capacity compliant with Italian legislation on environmental safety. This provides that the collection capacity is the greater of 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container. If the container is to be used outside of Italy, it will be necessary to inquire about the regulations in force (for example in Germany a capacity of 10% of the stored volume is expected, while in France 50%)

The safety of the storage container is also guaranteed by the fact that the following regulations are respected during its production:
• 2009/104 / CE regarding work equipment
• Legislative Decree 81/2008 annex V Consolidated text on safety at work
• UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 certificate n. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and the Essential Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection (concerns the manufacturer).
Only upon request it is possible to provide also the certification of conformity to the UNI EN 1090 standard, which allows to obtain the CE marking for the container.

The sheet thickness of doors, walls and roof is 2.5mm, the sheet thickness of the spill pallet is 3mm. The sliding doors and the insulating roof (available as an accessory) are made using 50mm mineral wool sandwich panels. These EI30 certified panels with fire resistance class A2 S1-d0 are interposed between the galvanized sheets. The container has a removable hot-dip galvanized grating floor, with 66x55 mm mesh and provision for fixing to the ground with dowels.

If you plan to store flammable substances, the optional ventilation grids are highly recommended. Their design complies with the provisions of Ministerial Decree 18/05/95 and allows ventilation of 1/30 of the floor area. If the storage containeris to be used outside Italy, it will be necessary to verify the relevant national regulations (e.g. in Germany they are recommended, while in France they are compulsory, but the regulations concerning the number in relation to the floor area may vary from those in Italy).The ventilation grilles and the insulating roof are not necessary for the versions without doors or with PVC tarpaulin. Further customizations available on request are the explosion-proof ventilation and the polypropylene spill pallet. The spill pallet, which covers the container's spill pallet, is necessary if you need to store corrosive substances such as acids, not solvents. Finally, it is possible to request that the entire container be insulated.
