Dust collector Fervi 0496

The Fervi 0496 dust collector is the ally you can't do without in carpentry or woodworking workshops, but in general wherever wood is cut, beveled or filed and thus creates sawdust and shavings. Compared to traditional vacuum cleaners, this type, through the use of a current similar to a cyclonic, is characterized by a greater volume of air moved than the power impressed on it: in this way the tube and bag should not be cleaned and replaced too frequently. It is a service machine and not a production machine, therefore not to be used for prolonged periods.

The movement of the dust collector is facilitated by the trolley below: in this way it will be easy to position the extractor in the middle of the three machines to which it can be attached. If they are able to replace the bags, the machinery (including the aspirator) must be turned off, the fastening strap released, the bag removed and emptied. To reassemble it, the reverse procedure must be followed. The machinery is of service and as such is produced only to carry out short-term activities.

The use of the dust collector is connected to that of the machines to which it is connected: it is switched on with them and switched off with them. It is therefore important to emphasize that you absolutely must not detach the tubes or replace the bags while the vacuum cleaner is on as it would throw the contents and risk hitting the operators.

For the use of the dust collector, the machine is equipped with a magnetic switch with two buttons of different colors to differentiate the switch on and switch off. The two buttons are covered by a cap with a red button above which, in an emergency, acts as an emergency stop button.
