Floor drilling machine Fervi T052 with drive belt

The floor drilling machine Fervi allows you to perform operations such as drilling, tapping, milling, spot boring and boring on different types of materials. It is a machine tool equipped with a belt transmission system that allows you to change the spindle rotation speed while keeping the engine’s rpms at a constant speed. To change the spindle rotation speed, the belts must be moved by following the combinations indicated on the plate applied inside the interlocked protective casing of the machine's transmission components. It is also possible to choose the direction of rotation of the spindle.

For vertical displacement of the spindle, the floor drilling machine is equipped with a radial pattern on the right side of the head. To lower the spindle and therefore bring it closer to the workpiece, simply rotate it counter-clockwise. The graduated (micro-metric) adjustment of the vertical displacement of the spindle is performed by acting on the relative handwheel and verifying the height to be set by using the indicator on the graduated scale placed on the front of the head.

To allow you to perform different processes, it is possible to adjust the height of the worktop, thanks to the presence of a rack placed on the supporting column of the machine. The worktop can also perform longitudinal and radial movements that can be adjusted thanks to the special handwheels. Included in the standard equipment of the Fervi drilling machine is the cooling system that allows to reduce the temperature of both the machined surface and the tool.

Two different versions of the floor drilling machine are available. The difference that characterizes the two models is the presence of the automatic descent system. Thanks to this feature it will be possible to automatically adjust the descent of the spindle. The automatic descent can only be used in drilling mode and with low spindle rotation speeds.
