ISO container

The ISO container is the ideal loading unit designed for warehousing and storage characterised by standardised and universally recognised sizes. This makes it perfectly compatible with the requirements of international logistics networks, which often require precise measurements to ensure compatibility with the vehicles used for cargo. This model is stackable (ground floor +1) to maximise storage capacity.

The container structure is extremely robust and designed to accommodate large quantities of goods or store bulky equipment. It is made of cold-rolled and fully welded steel profiles, with 6 mm thick welded top and bottom corner blocks. Walls and roof are made of 1.5-mm-thick self-supporting profiled sheet metal with 35-mm-thick fretwork and side openings for under-roof ventilation. The floor in the standard version consists of 18 mm thick wooden planking, but on request it can be covered in steel with the application of a painted embossed steel sheet or an alufoil sheet, fixed to the floor with screws.

The ISO container for storage use is fully welded and has 3 closed walls and one side formed by a 2-leaf door on the short side with 270° opening complete with seals around the entire perimeter. It is closed by means of 2 slats equipped with padlocks.

The standard colour of the ISO container is light grey RAL7035, and each model can be handled by crane or forklift thanks to the 2 forklift pockets for the passage of forks (mm 360x105). The containers are always supplied assembled and models with different sizes are available to meet all requirements. There are no compulsory certifications or documents, but on request it is possible to equip the container with a serial number plate.
