Portable office cabin with 40 or 60 mm thick walls stackable 1+3

The portable office cabin is the top of the range version stackable up to 4 levels (1+3) perfect for making up for space shortages through solutions, including temporary ones, for the expansion or creation of offices and workstations. Meeting high standards of durability and quality, the mobile office is suitable to be used and moved several times and – since it is a product covered by European patent – boasts UNI EN 14509:2013 certification. The structure of each prefab office is strengthened so that it can support up to 3 additional modules, making full use of the height spaces. The overlapping is "interlocking" thanks to the 4 connection trunks in 70x70x6 mm tubular welded to the columns that protrude from the columns by about 3 cm, so they can interlock with those of the upper module.

There are two versions for this portable office cabin: one with 40 mm wall panels and 2310 mm internal height and one with 60 mm panels and 2500 mm internal height. The structure of both is made entirely of:

• roof profiles: steel S250 according to UNI EN 10346, 3 mm press-bent profile with 4 angular lifting points and 4 rainwater drainage points;
• base: with built-in forklift pockets 180x80x3 mm spacing 725 mm;
• walls: sandwich panels 980/1200 mm wide embossed outer sheet smooth inner PVC tongue-and-groove joint, polyurethane insulated thickness 40 mm or 60 mm;
• roof: corrugated sandwich panels 30/70 mm, insulated with polyurethane foam, 50 mm glass wool mat (series 60 has 2 mats), ceiling in pre-painted grooved finish sheet metal;
• floor: 22 mm water-repellent chipboard floor covered with non-slip PVC, insulated with 60 mm polystyrene panel, sheet metal with galvanized slats to close the underlying frame.
• tubular: galvanized steel S355 according to UNI EN 10219;
• columns: tubular mm 80x80x4 with 8 holes each for connection between base and roof;

The fixtures integrated in the 1200 mm wall panels are white RAL9010 and include 1 blind aluminum exterior door 1000x2205H mm and 1 PVC window 1000X1200H with double-sliding opening, double glazing and PVC shutter. The electrical system of the mobile office includes 2 40W IP65 LED ceiling lights, 2 10/16A sockets, 1 air conditioner socket, 1 convector junction box, 1 VDE ceiling socket for supplementary light control, 1 8-module IP40 electrical panel, 1 switch from panel for light control reversal, 1 multipole terminal block for grounding, 1 2000W convector.

The portable office cabin can be ordered in the version with 40 or 60 mm panel disassembled or assembled. Assembled versions may be equipped with bathroom facilities. It can be handled by crane (plates on the roof or eyelets on the bottom) or by forklift. Each prefab office is provided with a nameplate with serial number. A declaration of conformity for the electrical system can be provided upon request.
