Modulcontainer for floor tanks with polyurethane insulated panels, spill pallet and sliding doors

The modulcontainer is the outdoors solution that allows the floor storage of tanks containing hazardous substances. Depending on the type of substance to be stored, it must be the safety advisor or company's own HSE Manager who decides on the suitability of the container for containing such substances. The structure is made using 40 mm thick polyurethane insulated panels for the walls and sliding doors, with fire reaction class F and fire resistance NPD; the roof is made using polyurethane insulated corrugated panels thickness 40 mm (+40 mm ridges), fire reaction class F and fire resistance NPD. Included in the standard equipment are: provision for fixing to the ground using dowels (fixing is up to the user), continuous 80 mm slides for support, gutter and downspouts, ventilation grilles; pre-painted sandwich panel sheet metal thickness 4/10 walls and roofing; spill pallet in galvanized carbon steel sheet 2 mm thick, removable hot-dip galvanized grating floor with 34x76 mm flat 25x2 mm mesh and load capacity 1000 kg / m2. Slides, spill pallet, downspouts and profiles are painted in RAL9002 but other colours are also available upon request. 

The construction of the modulcontainer takes place in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 152/06 consolidated environmental text and related standards and all products are supplied complete with the following documentation:
• Watertight declaration of the tank as required by the Legislative Decree 152/06;
• Declaration that natural ventilation is in accordance with D.M. 18/05/95 with grids of dimensions equal to 1/30 of the plan surface;
• Declaration of the capacity of the grating floor;
• Welding declaration: in accordance with UNI EN ISO 3834-2.2006 with production control plan under surveillance - with qualified welders in accordance with EN 9606-1: 2013 - with welding process in accordance with UNI EN ISO 15614-1: 2012 , UNI EN ISO 9001: 15 certified quality system;
• User and maintenance manual (the operator must always use the Personal Protective Equipment as per Legislative Decree 81/08 for the operations listed in the manual).

The spill pallet is built in accordance with the Italian safety regulations. According to this legislation, the pallet must be able to collect the greater of 33% of the volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. If you want to use the modulcontainer outside the Italian territory, it will be essential to inform yourself about the legislation in force in the country of reference. (for example in France 50% of the stored volume is required and in Germany 10%). Similarly, even the ventilation grilles are structured according to the Italian standard: if you intend to use the module container outside the Italian territory, it is therefore important to check the national regulations on the subject (for example, in France the grilles are mandatory, while in Germany they are recommended, but the number and structure required may vary).

Depending on the model chosen, the modulcontainer is equipped with the possibility of being moved by forklift with fork extension or by crane with hooking from the base. For models that do not have it as standard, it is possible to select the handling with a crane as optional feature and in this case please bear in mind that you will be able to move your modulcontainer in both ways (crane and forklift). 

Different models of modulcontainer are available: they differ in the size and in the quantity of tanks that they are able to store. It is also possible to customize the selected model with the following options: access ramp with or without flap, non-Atex lighting and air conditioning systems and non-Atex extraction / ventilation system. In addition, a spill pallet with greater capacity is also available on request.
