Portable office cabin with 40 mm thick walls light

The portable office cabin is the prefabricated office solution with 40 mm-thick walls. It is ideal in particular for responding quickly where there is a need for additional temporary or permanent technical-directional space on construction sites or outside warehouses and companies. It can also be used in areas for shows, concerts and public events. The interior is insulated, making the cabin a comfortable place to work in. Various mobile office models are available with different widths; the standard internal height is 2210 mm, while the external height is 2390 mm. Finally, the models in this version cannot be stacked and are only available assembled.

The structure of the portable office cabin, which is both essential and practical, consists of:
• base and roof profiles: galvanised sheet metal 1 mm, columns 1 mm;
• base: directly supported on the ground;
• walls: 40 mm sandwich panels insulated with polyurethane foam covered with two pieces of pre-painted sheet metal with an internal/external micro-grooved finish in white-grey RAL 9002;
• roof: corrugated sandwich panels with polyurethane insulation, thickness 30/70 mm in RAL 9002 grey;
• floor: PVC walking surface on 18 mm water-repellent chipboard panel.

Also included in the structure is a 900x2000H mm external door with panelled lower half and glazed upper half, and a 900x980H mm window (mounted on the long or short side depending on the model chosen) with sliding opening. The fixtures of the portable office cabin are made of aluminium/PVC in white RAL 9010 colour and are equipped with 4 mm smooth glass and safety bars. The standard electrical system of the site cabin includes visible cables along the internal walls, 1 round wall-mounted ceiling light with 10W LED lamp, 1 10-16A socket with 1 switch and 1 external box with magnetothermal circuit breaker panel and earth socket.

The portable office cabin can always be moved by crane, using chains or suitable strong straps to be passed through the 4 plates welded to the corners of the roof profile. In order to allow movement also with a forklift truck, kits with variable sized forklift pockets (so as to guarantee compatibility with the cabins) and bathroom facilities are available as optional accessories. No special certification is required for these prefab office models, but a declaration of conformity for the electrical system is available upon request. Each unit comes with an identification plate with serial number.
