Portable office cabin with 40 mm thick walls stackable 1+1

The portable office cabin in a stackable version is the perfect alternative to classic single-storey prefabricated units for utilising space in height to create receptions or temporary offices at construction sites, event areas or companies. Ideal when operational requirements dictate large dimensions but space is not sufficient, this version is reinforced and therefore stackable by one storey in height. On request, it is possible to complete the structure with a staircase to access the first floor. The second site cabin is installed above the one on the ground floor and fixed by means of 4 bolted plates supplied.

The structure of the portable office cabin is able to withstand the wear and tear of time and possible logistical shifts, and consists of:
• base and roof profiles: 2 mm galvanised and painted sheet metal
• base: on support beams
• walls: 40 mm sandwich panels insulated with expanded polyurethane foam between two pre-painted sheets with a white/grey RAL 9002 micro-grooved external/internal finish
• roof: corrugated sandwich panels 40/80 mm, insulated with polyurethane foam, finish colour white-grey RAL 9002;
• floor: PVC walking surface on 18 mm chipboard panel.

This version features practical aluminium/PVC white RAL 9010 fixtures with 4 mm smooth glass and protective bars. Each mobile office includes 1 external 900x2000H mm door (half glazed and half panelled) and 1 900x980H mm window with sliding opening. Safety and quality of the installations are guaranteed thanks to the electrical line with visible path along the interior walls, 1 40W LED ceiling light, 1 10-16A socket with switch and 1 external box with earth socket and magnetothermic circuit breaker panel.

The portable office cabin can be equipped with a forklift pockets kit. It is still possible to move it with a crane, using belts of suitable capacity or chains, which can be connected to the dowels in the corners of the structure. The site cabin measures 6000x2400x2690H mm and the internal height is 2400 mm. It is supplied already assembled and ready for use, but can be ordered disassembled on request. Furthermore, for the assembled models it is possible to request bathroom facilities as optional accessory. There are no special certifications for this portable office cabin, however, a declaration of conformity for the electrical system is available on request. Each unit has its own serial number, which can be seen on the nameplate attached to the structure.
