Portable office cabin with 40 mm thick walls

The portable office cabin with 40 mm thick walls is the ideal temporary or permanent office-reception prefabricated solution for making construction sites, additional technical-directional spaces in warehouses or factories, as well as venues for events, concerts or public events immediately operational. Made from quality materials and carefully assembled, this version of the mobile office is well insulated thanks to the insulation and the presence of support beams placed under the base of the structure; these also promote ventilation and thus allow better resistance against the wear and tear of time. On request, the declaration of conformity for the electrical system is available for the unit; other certifications are not foreseen. Each site cabin has a nameplate with serial number.

The structure of the mobile office is 2210 mm high internally, 2450 mm high externally and consists of:
• base and roof profiles: 1.5 mm galvanised and painted sheet metal;
• base: on support beams;
• walls: 40 mm sandwich panels insulated with expanded polyurethane foam between two pre-painted sheets with RAL 9002 white-grey micro-grooved exterior/interior finish
• roof: 30/70 mm thick corrugated sandwich panels insulated with polyurethane foam
• floor: PVC walking surface on 18 mm chipboard.

To deter break-ins or intruders, the aluminium/PVC windows and doors in white RAL 9010 colour are made with great care and are fitted with anti-intrusion bars in the 4 mm plain glass parts. The portable office cabin is equipped with 1 external 900x2000H mm hinged door with glazed upper half and blind lower half and 1 900x980H mm window with sliding opening. The site cabin is complete with an electrical system with visible cables along the internal walls consisting of 1 40W LED ceiling light, 1 10-16A socket, 1 switch and 1 external box with earth socket and magneto-thermal circuit breaker panel.

The models available in this version of the portable office cabin have various widths and can always be handled by crane: in this case it is best to use suitable chains or straps that are passed through the plates located at the 4 corners. Alternatively, for handling with a forklift, it is possible to order the accessory kit of forklift pockets. The models in this version cannot be stacked but can be ordered either assembled or disassembled. Finally, it is possible to accessorize them with bathroom facilities.
