The manual hydraulic pneumatic shop press Fervi is a product that allows you to carry out pressing operations on components or objects made of metal or similar materials. In fact, it is a particularly suitable tool to be used during assembly operations of mechanical groups, pressing of bearings or pulleys on shafts and other such operations. Made of steel and powder-coated, it is a solid and durable piece of machinery. This press – equipped with an integrated manometer – is capable of withstanding pressing forces of up to 45 tonnes, making it ideal not only for work in small workshops, but also in larger businesses. Since it is a service machine, it is not suitable for carrying out long-lasting jobs.

This manual hydraulic press model allows both manual and pneumatic pressing operations. To carry out manual pressing, once the workpiece to be pressed has been placed on the pressing table, it is necessary to close the unloading valve and activate the pump by producing an alternating high/low motion with the appropriate lever. For pneumatic pressing, on the other hand, it is necessary to connect the quick-action coupling of the hose to the compressed air supply and then press the control lever of the valve to activate the pump and pressurise the hydraulic oil.

In order to relieve the pressure in the hydraulic circuit of the pneumatic shop press, and thus activate the upward stroke of the punch, it is necessary to operate the unloading valve on the pump. To operate the unloading valve, simply unscrew the knob in an anti-clockwise direction. In addition, there are several safety devices to ensure total reliability in the use of the press, including: the hydraulic oil line, the overpressure valve, the pallet locking pins, the manometer and the punch support springs.

The working area of the hydraulic pneumatic press is 830x360x1000 mm and the cylinder diameter is 90 mm while the piston diameter is 58 mm and its stroke is 190 mm. The operating pressure is 7÷8 bar while the maximum pressure is 63.5 MPa. The dimensions of the product are 1400x800x1700mm and it weighs 305kg.
