The manual hydraulic shop press by Fervi is an indispensable piece of equipment when it comes to pressing metal materials. In order to carry out pressing work with the hydraulic shop press, the workpiece to be pressed must first be placed on the table, centred in relation to the piston. Subsequently, it will be sufficient to close the unloading valve by turning anti-clockwise and to operate the pump using the appropriate lever by producing an up-and-down motion. Finally, it will be necessary to pressurise the hydraulic circuit of the press and lower the piston until it reaches the desired height. To check the extent of the pressing force, it will be sufficient to check the manometer located above the piston.

The manual hydraulic shop press is a completely safe machine for operators to use. In fact, it is equipped with several safety systems that allow you to work in peace and reduce risks. Among the machine's safety devices are: the hydraulic oil line protection, the overpressure valve, the pallet and pressing table locking pins, and finally the manometer.

The manual hydraulic shop press has a working area of 495x200x1125 mm. The cylinder diameter is 75 mm, while the piston diameter measures 48 mm and has a stroke of 140 mm. The capacity is 20 tonnes and the maximum pressure is 69.3 MPa.
