Modulcontainer for tanks on shelf in steel with spill pallet and PVC cover

The modulcontainer is the solution with PVC tarpaulin for the storage of 1000 liter IBC tanks on a shelf. The structure is complete with a spill pallet, a prefabricated element in steel (galvanized or galvanized and painted in blue RAL5010) and shelving that divides the internal space into two levels. The modulecontainer therefore presents itself as a practical solution that can be easily moved with a forklift for a maximum of 2/3 times a year.

In order to guarantee the highest level of safety, the modulcontainer is made in compliance with the following regulations:
• international standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 certificate n. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and the Essential Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection (referred to the manufacturer);
• EU directives 2009/104 /CE Work equipment;
• national directives Legislative Decree 81/2008 annex V Consolidated text on safety at work.
Furthermore, the UNI EN 1090 certification is available on request, which allows the CE mark to be affixed.

The spill pallet, structured in accordance with the Italian legislation on containment, can contain the greater of 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. It is always important to check the local regulations regarding the containment of the tanks. For example, in France the expected containment is 50% of the total stored, in Germany 10%.

The body of the modulcontainer is characterized by a thickness of the sheet metal of the walls and roof equal to 0.8 mm, the thickness of the sheet of the spill pallet is instead 3 mm. The container also has a 66x55 mm hot-dip galvanized grating floor and provision for fixing to the ground with dowels.

If the modulcontainer is used for the storage of corrosive and aggressive liquids (acids, non-solvents), the spill pallet with internal polypropylene lining is available upon request.
