Modulcontainer for tanks on shelf in steel with spill pallet and sliding doors group size 1

The modulcontainer is the solution with sliding doors for the storage of 1000 liter IBC tanks on shelving. The structure is in fact complete with a spill pallet, a prefabricated element made of steel (galvanized or galvanized and painted in blue RAL5010) and shelving that divides the internal space into two levels. The modulcontainer is practical and easy to move with a forklift, ideal if you are looking for a solution to be moved 2/3 times a year.

The modulcontainer is made in compliance with the following standards:
• international standard UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 certificate n. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and the Essential Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection (referred to the manufacturer);
• EU directives 2009/104/CE Work equipment;
• national directives Legislative Decree 81/2008 annex V Consolidated text on safety at work.
Furthermore, it is possible to request the UNI EN 1090 certification which allows to affix the CE mark.

The spill pallet is structured in compliance with the Italian legislation on containment and therefore it can contain the greater of 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. If the deposit is used outside Italy, it is necessary to check the regulations in force. Consider, for example, that in France the tanks must be able to contain 50% of the total stored, in Germany 10%.

To ensure air recirculation, which is particularly important in the case of storage of flammable substances, it is possible to accessorise the modulcontainer with ventilation grids. The optional ventilation grids are designed in accordance with Italian regulations (D.M. 18/05/95), so they guarantee a ventilation equal to 1/30 of the floor area and are strongly recommended if flammable substances are stored. If the modulcontainer is to be used outside Italy, it is important to check the national regulations regarding ventilation (e.g. in Germany, grids are recommended, while in France they are mandatory but the number and structure required may vary). Furthermore, to reduce the internal temperature changes in the container, it can be accessorized with the insulating roof in 50 mm mineral wool sandwich panels certified EI30 with fire resistance class A2 S1-d0 interposed between the galvanized sheets.

The sheet thickness of the doors, walls and roof is 0.8 mm, while the thickness of the spill pallet's sheet is 3 mm. The modulcontainer also has a predisposition for fixing it to the ground with dowels and is equipped with a hot-dip galvanized grating floor, with 66x55 mm mesh.

Upon request, the spill pallet with internal polypropylene lining is available for storing corrosive and aggressive liquids (acids, non-solvents) and explosion-proof ventilation for high-risk flammables. Finally, the modulcontainer can be 100% insulated upon request.
