Modulcontainer for tanks on shelf in steel with spill pallet and sliding doors group size 2

The modulcontainer is the outdoor solution that allows you to organize tanks containing hazardous substances on two levels, in order to optimize the available space. The assessment of the suitability of the container to contain specific substances remains the responsibility of the internal HSE manager or the appointed company safety advisor. The entire structure of the modulcontainer, equipped with sliding doors, is made using galvanized and corrugated steel panels. The galvanized and painted version in RAL9002 color is also available (other colors can be ordered upon request). The standard equipment of the container includes: provision for fixing to the ground with dowels, ventilation grilles; gutter and downspouts, carbon corrugated galvanised sheet metal thickness 4/10 on walls and 5/10 on roofing, continuous 80 mm slides for support, spill pallet in galvanized carbon steel sheet 2 mm thick, internal shelving, hot-dip galvanized grating floor with 34x76 mm flat 25x2 mm mesh and load capacity 1000 kg / m2, walls and doors made with corrugated sheets with 20 mm ridges printed on 30x30 tubular frames, roof made with corrugated sheets with 20 mm ridges.

All models of modulcontainer, in their construction, comply with the provisions of Legislative Decree 152/06 consolidated environmental text and related standards and are supplied complete with the following documentation:
• Watertight declaration of the tank as required by the Legislative Decree 152/06;
• Declaration that natural ventilation is in accordance with D.M. 18/05/95 with grids of dimensions equal to 1/30 of the plan surface;
• Declaration of the capacity of the grating floor;
• Welding declaration: in accordance with UNI EN ISO 3834-2.2006 with production control plan under surveillance - with qualified welders in accordance with EN 9606-1: 2013 - with welding process in accordance with UNI EN ISO 15614-1: 2012 , UNI EN ISO 9001: 15 certified quality system;
• User and maintenance manual (the operator must always use the Personal Protective Equipment as per Legislative Decree 81/08 for the operations listed in the manual).

The galvanized steel spill pallet has a collection capacity in line with Italian legislation. It is in fact capable of containing the greater of 33% of the total stored and the total volume of the largest container stored. If you plan to use the modulcontainer outside Italy, it will be essential to find out what the current legislation on the subject provides (for example, in France 50% of the stored volume is expected while in Germany 10%). Even the ventilation grilles are structured according to the provisions of the Italian standards: if you intend to use the module container outside the Italian territory, it is therefore necessary to check the provisions of the national regulations on the subject (for example in France the grilles are mandatory, while in Germany they are recommended, but the number and structure required may vary).

Depending on the model chosen, a forklift truck equipped with fork extension or a crane with base coupling will be required to guarantee the handling of the container module. Where it is not provided as standard, handling by crane can be purchased as an accessory feature and in this case please bear in mind that you will be able to move your container in both ways (crane and forklift).

There are 4 models of modulcontainer that can contain up to a maximum of 12 tanks. Furthermore, to satisfy every need, various accessories are available that allow you to customize your favourite model. In fact, the following optional elements are available: access ramp with or without flap, non-Atex lighting system, non-Atex air conditioning system, non-Atex suction / ventilation system. In addition, a greater capacity of the spill pallet positioned on the floor is available on request.
