Nylon fixed castor with housing in stainless steel

Nylon fixed castor are the fixed nylon solution ideal for mounting on roll containers and any kind of industrial trolleys. The composition of these castors allows them to be used in both very cold and very warm environments; in fact, the temperature range these wheels can withstand goes from -40°C to +80°C. In addition to being able to withstand the most extreme temperatures, nylon fixed wheels offer considerable impact resistance. They are therefore the ideal product when you need a fixed castor that allows trolleys to be moved comfortably even inside cold rooms.

Each nylon fixed castor is made of white nylon and its composition is carefully designed in every detail. In fact, the compound used is first choice, the raw materials are carefully selected and the moulding follows highest quality criteria.

The nylon fixed castor housing is made entirely of stainless steel: the use of this material makes it perfectly resistant to rust. Equipped with 4 holes, the housing allows for even load distribution. Furthermore, the nylon castors are available in a 100 mm diameter version with a load capacity of 180 kg and in a 125 mm diameter version with a maximum load capacity of 200 kg.
