Stretch wrap machine clear

The stretch wrap machine clear is the solution designed for automatic wrapping in packaging and palletising operations with a machine. It provides high strength and tear-free pre-stretch load and is the cost-effective solution for intensive and continuous wrapping. In fact, machine stretch wrap allows for increased productivity, reduced fatigue and lower costs compared to the corresponding manual version.

The transparency of the machine stretch wrap ensures immediate visibility of the package contents and allows for quick scanning of barcodes and labels. This speeds up storage and transport operations, increasing productivity and reducing costs.

The use of clear stretch wrap is indispensable to guarantee load stability and therefore a high level of safety during the handling and storage of goods. In fact, by covering the load with the film it is possible to secure it to a pallet, reducing unintentional handling and the consequent risk of damage common during transport by land, air and sea.

The transparent machine stretch wrap is made of top-quality polyethylene, ccharacterised by a thickness of 23 my and available in three pre-stretch versions: 150% (so 1 metre of film can be stretched by 150%, resulting in more packaging), 220% and 340%. Finally, the transparent stretch wrap comes in a standard 16 kg reel with a height of 50 cm and is wrapped around a cardboard core.
