Pallet wrapper semi-automatic with rotating arm

The pallet wrapper semi-automatic is a compact wrapping machine with a rotating arm that is optimal for stabilising pallets using minimal film thickness. It has a limited space requirement and low running costs. The rotating arm is equipped with an electronic anti-crushing safety bumper that ensures the safe use of the machine by operators. Equipped with a control panel through which it is possible to select 3 different wrapping programmes, it requires a standard 230 V - 50/60 Hz - 1 Ph socket for power supply.

It is possible to choose between different pallet wrappers based on the type of spool film carriage installed. The carriage can be equipped with:

• Mechanical brake: the film tension is adjustable via a knob. Recommended for low production rates without the need for variable palletising or special wrapping.

• Electromagnetic friction: the film tension is adjustable via a panel. Recommended for low productions, but with a need to modulate the tension force during the cycle itself.

The pallet wrapper is designed to process:

• 15/20 pallets per hour;

• palletised load of maximum dimensions 1200x1200 mm, maximum wrapping height 2200 mm with a diagonal of Ø1700 mm.

The standard pallet wrapper is supplied without the pallet floor mounted guides, in case you prefer to draw the area where the pallet is to be positioned with adhesive tape. However, the 180° round pallet guide is available as an accessory, which provides simplified guidance for pallet positioning.

The speed of the rotating arm is adjustable and can reach between 5 and 11 revolutions per minute depending on the configuration. The pallet wrapper is equipped with a photocell for automatic pallet height reading. This product is compatible with standard machinable reels, i.e. with cardboard core max. outer Ø 250 mm - inner Ø 76 mm - h 500 mm. Using the machine with manual film with Ø 50 mm core is possible by selecting the optional additional spool holder set.
