Pallet wrapper semi-automatic with turntable and mechanical brake

The pallet wrapper semi-automatic with turntable is part of the indispensable equipment for companies that need to wrap pallets for handling and shipping. This type of pallet wrapper is equipped with a control panel through which it is possible to enter 1 wrapping programme with adjustable rotation speed. In addition, it can be forked from the front and from behind to allow easy transport to the work area.

The semi-automatic pallet wrapper

• allows 10/15 pallets per hour to be processed;

• is equipped with a reel carriage with mechanical brake: the film tension can be adjusted by means of a knob. Recommended for low production rates without the need for variable palletising or special wrapping.

Depending on the model chosen, the semi-automatic pallet wrapping machine has a 1500 mm or 1600 mm diameter turntable. The characteristics of the palletised load depend on the chosen turntable:

• Ø1500 mm turntable for max. loads 800x1200 mm;

• Ø1650 mm turntable for max. loads of 1000x1200 mm;

• regardless of the chosen turntable, the maximum load weight is 1500 kg and the maximum wrapping height is 2200 mm.

All pallet wrapper models can be equipped with a loading ramp for better accessibility. In addition, if you wish to bury the pallet wrapper to level the turntable with the floor (thus not needing a loading ramp), you can purchase the pit frame (consisting of 3 framing pieces). Once the correct sized hole has been created (following the technical drawings that will be provided), the pallet wrapper can be positioned and then the framing pieces, which act as a closure/connection.

The pallet wrapper requires a standard 230 V - 50/60 Hz - 1 Ph electrical outlet and is compatible with standard spools that can be machined, i.e. film rolls with a cardboard core with an external Ø max. 250 mm - internal Ø 76 mm - h 500 mm.
