Pallet wrapper manual

The pallet wrapper manual is a tool that allows pallets to be wrapped with stretch polyethylene without the need for electrical equipment. The simplified functions and easy and light handling capacity allow operators to use the machine quickly and easily. This type of machine makes it possible to replace completely manual wrapping, thus allowing significant time savings at a competitive price.

The pallet wrapper manual:

• can process 10 to 15 pallets per hour;

• it is equipped with a reel carriage with mechanical brake: the film tension can be adjusted by means of a knob. Recommended for low production rates without the need for variable palletising or special wrapping;

• allows palletised loads of any weight and shape to be wound, starting from a minimum weight of 50 kg and a minimum size of 650x400 mm. The maximum wrapping height is 2000 mm;

• it is equipped with a parking brake system that prevents it from moving when not in use.

The pallet wrapper manual is an easy solution for the operators in charge. Simply walk around the pallet to be wrapped by pressing the levers on the handlebar to slide the trolley up or down. Lastly, the pallet wrapper is compatible with standard spools that can be machined, i.e. with a cardboard core with a max. external Ø of 230 mm - internal Ø of 76 mm - h 500 mm.
