The manual hydraulic shop press by Fervi is the ideal product to be used both by craftsmen and in industrial environments to carry out pressing operations. It is in fact a tool with which it is possible to perform tasks such as the assembly of mechanical components and assemblies, the shrink-fitting of bearings or pulleys on shafts. The strong and robust construction consists of a frame with steel support columns, a hydraulic cylinder with moving piston and all components of the hydraulic circuit such as the manually operated pump.

The use of the hydraulic shop press is completely safe for the operator. In fact, it is equipped with multiple safety devices that guarantee its reliable use. These safety systems include: the protection of the pipeline in which the hydraulic oil flows, the overpressure valve, the pins that block the press pallet and the pressing table once it has been positioned at the desired height.

Operating the hydraulic shop press is simple and intuitive. To use it, simply place the workpiece to be pressed on the pressing table, centred in relation to the piston. Once positioned, simply close the unloading valve by turning it clockwise and operate the pump via the lever, producing an alternating up/down motion. The piston must then be lowered to the desired height. Since it is a service machine, it is not suitable for carrying out long-lasting jobs.
