Modulcontainer for floor tanks with EI/REI120 certified panels, spill pallet and sliding doors

The modulcontainer allows you to safely store outdoors tanks containing substances which by their nature can be hazardous. It is always up to the internal HSE manager or the appointed company safety consultant to decide on the suitability of the container for storing the specific substances.The structure includes walls and sliding doors made with EI 120 certified panels insulated with 100 mm thick mineral wool and fire reaction class A2-s1-d0, and the roof is made with corrugated panels (ridges thickness 40 mm) certified REI 120 insulated in mineral wool thickness 100 mm fire reaction class A2-s1-d0. The REI 120 doors also have a leaf having a thickness of 63 mm. The standard equipment includes: the predisposition for fixing to the ground by means of dowels, continuous 80 mm slides for support, gutter and downspouts; pre-painted sandwich panel sheet metal thickness 5/10 walls and roofing; ventilation grilles, spill pallet in galvanized carbon steel sheet 2 mm thick, removable hot-dip galvanized grating floor with 34x76 mm flat 25x2 mm mesh and load capacity 100 kg / m2. In addition, slides, spill pallet, downspouts and profiles are all painted in RAL9002, but other varnish colors are also available on request.

All models of modulcontainer are manufactured in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 152/06 consolidated environmental text and related standards and each product is supplied complete with the following documentation:
• Watertight declaration of the tank as required by the Legislative Decree 152/06;
• Declaration that natural ventilation is in accordance with D.M. 18/05/95 with grids of dimensions equal to 1/30 of the plan surface;
• Declaration of the capacity of the grating floor;
• Welding declaration: in accordance with UNI EN ISO 3834-2.2006 with production control plan under surveillance - with qualified welders in accordance with EN 9606-1: 2013 - with welding process in accordance with UNI EN ISO 15614-1: 2012 , UNI EN ISO 9001: 15 certified quality system;
• User and maintenance manual (the operator must always use the Personal Protective Equipment as per Legislative Decree 81/08 for the operations listed in the manual).

The spill pallet is built in compliance with Italian law, which provides that it is able to contain the greater of 33% of the volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. If you intend to use the modulcontainer outside the Italian territory, it is essential to inquire about the provisions of the regulations of the country of reference (for example in Germany 10% of the stored volume is required, while in France 50%). Even the ventilation grilles are structured according to the Italian standard: if you intend to use the module container outside the Italian territory, it is therefore important to check the national regulations on the subject (for example, in France the grilles are mandatory, while in Germany they are recommended , but the number and structure required may vary).

The different models available can be handled, depending on the model chosen, through the use of a forklift equipped with fork extension or with the use of the crane by hooking from the base. Crane handling can be purchased as an accessory feature for models that do not have it as standard and in this case please bear in mind that you have the possibility of moving your container with both crane and forklift. 

Among the accessories available to best customize the model of your modulcontainer there are: access ramp with or without flap, non-Atex lighting and air conditioning systems and non-Atex suction / ventilation system. Furthermore, upon request, it is possible to obtain a spill pallet with greater capacity and an Atex-approved electrical system.
