Prefab toilet in galvanised sheet metal

The prefab toilet in galvanised sheet metal is the essential and super-compact outdoor solution designed to provide all the sanitary facilities that operators and site workers may need in a small space. It is also perfect as a temporary solution in order to be able to provide full bathrooms during festivals, trade fairs, or near campsites and sports facilities. The highly functional design of the unit offers numerous advantages, including easy and universal installation, simple handling, and resistance to limescale and corrosive substances.

The prefab toilet made of galvanised tubular and press-folded sheet metal is supplied disassembled, and various models are available depending on the desired hydro-sanitary equipment.

In fact, it is possible to choose between prefab bathroom units with: only squat toilet, squat toilet and sink, only toilet, toilet and washbasin, only shower, or squat toilet, shower and sink. The squat toilet is made of enamelled steel and has an exposed water cistern and piping. The toilet bowl also has an exposed cistern and is made of ceramic. The sink is made entirely of plastic material and is equipped with a cold water tap (drainage pipe not included). The shower consists of a shower head with tap and a 500x500 mm fir-wood platform to be placed on top of the squat toilet for the model with squat toilet, shower and sink, while it has enameled steel shower tray for the model with shower only.

The structure of the insulated prefab toilet includes a 1-leaf door with an internal locking bolt to guarantee privacy. Finally, the artefact is raised from the ground thanks to an open base, to simplify connection operations with the drains and to favour the ventilation of the structure. The product is delivered complete with hydraulic system declaration, user and maintenance manual and a plate with serial number, job order and year of production.
