Prefab toilet as per M.O. 5/7/1975

The prefab toilet is the product with an internal useful height of 2.40 m in accordance with the Italian Ministerial Decree of 5 July 1975, which regulates the internal heights of buildings. The increased height increases the feeling of comfort and makes the prefabricated bathroom completely comparable to domestic bathrooms. No compromise is therefore made in providing high-quality toilets for workers on construction sites or visitors to fairs, festivals and long-term events. The module must be connected to the water and sewage network in order to be used and can be lifted by crane thanks to the 4 perforated plates welded to the four corners of the roof. The external height for all models is 2580 mm.

The range includes a wide choice of units, including single or double modules with wash basin and modules with anteroom for a higher level of hygiene. In addition, you can choose between prefab toilet versions with toilet, with squat toilet or with a combination of both. Washbasins and toilets are made of ceramic, while squat toilets are made of enamelled steel.

The structure of the prefabricated bathroom box includes:
- 200 kg/sqm capacity floor complete with galvanized frame with exposed parts painted RAL 8019 dark brown and 18 mm waterproof chipboard with washable pvc;
- walls made of insulated polyurethane panels 40 mm thick color white/grey RAL 9002 washable;
- flat roofing in polyurethane insulated corrugated panels 30 mm thick (+40 mm ribs) color white/grey RAL 9002;
- external angles in prepainted sheet metal color white/grey RAL 9002 - bolted
- perimeter gutter in galvanized sheet painted dark brown RAL 8019 color with 40 mm overhang;
- holes on the gutter to allow rainwater drainage;
- fixtures are made of RAL 9010 white prepainted aluminum profile.

The prefab toilet is supplied complete with:
- electrical system with visible inspectable conduits, electrical panel with circuit breaker, external watertight box with terminals for 220V power supply, light fixtures;
- plumbing system with exposed polypropylene piping and sanitary fixtures, depending on the model chosen ceramic toilet with seat, seat cover and water tank or 65x55 cm enameled steel squat toilet with water tank and single ceramic sink with h/c water faucets.

Finally, each box is shipped with a declaration of conformity of the electrical system, a declaration of the plumbing system, an operating and maintenance manual and a nameplate with serial number, job order and year of production.
