Prefab toilet as per M.O. 5/7/1975

The prefab toilet is the product with an internal useful height of 2.40 m in accordance with the Italian Ministerial Decree of 5 July 1975, which regulates the internal heights of buildings. The increased height increases the feeling of comfort and makes the prefabricated bathroom completely comparable to domestic bathrooms. No compromise is therefore made in providing high-quality toilets for workers on construction sites or visitors to fairs, festivals and long-term events. The module must be connected to the water and sewage network in order to be used and can be lifted by crane thanks to the 4 perforated plates welded to the four corners of the roof. The external height for all models is 2580 mm.

The range includes a wide choice of units, including single or double modules with wash basin and modules with anteroom for a higher level of hygiene. In addition, you can choose between prefab toilet versions with toilet, with squat toilet or with a combination of both. Washbasins and toilets are made of ceramic, while squat toilets are made of enamelled steel.

In general, the structure of the prefab bathroom includes walls with 40-mm polyurethane-insulated panels, flat roofing with 30-mm thick polyurethane-insulated corrugated panels (+40 mm in the corrugation), bolted outer corner pieces in pre-painted sheet metal, and perimeter eaves with 40-mm projection in pre-painted sheet metal with holes for rainwater. The 200 kg/sqm load-bearing floor, on the other hand, consists of a galvanised frame with painted visible parts surmounted by an 18 mm water-repellent chipboard surface protected by a 2 mm PVC layer. The frames are made of RAL 9010 white pre-painted aluminium profiles.

The prefab toilet is equipped with an electrical system with visible inspectionable ducts that includes: electrical panel with circuit breaker, external watertight box with terminals for 220V power supply, light with LED lamp. On the other hand, the standard plumbing system includes visible polypropylene piping, sanitary fixtures according to the model chosen, and accessories such as mirror with shelf, liquid soap dispenser and toilet paper roll holder. The product is shipped with a declaration of conformity for the electrical system, a declaration of conformity for the plumbing system, an operating and maintenance manual and a nameplate with serial number, order number and year of production.
