Prefab toilet for people with disabilities as per M.O. 5/7/1975

The prefab toilet is the inclusive solution for people with disabilities or reduced mobility that provides a legally compliant accessibility alternative in contexts such as festivals, events or construction sites. The toilet unit is in fact designed and equipped according to current regulations in terms of manoeuvring space, heights, safety equipment and adapted sanitary facilities to allow comfortable and universal use of practical and hygienic services. Each product can be moved safely by crane thanks to the 4 hooks in the corners of the roof.

Each prefab bathroom is designed with a height of 2.4 m according to the Italian ministerial decree of 5/7/75, i.e. equal to that of normal masonry bathrooms, while the external height reaches 2.58 m. The disabled room is also equipped with support handrails attached to the walls. The internal ceiling light is automatically switched on and there are safety features such as an internal emergency bell complete with an alarm buzzer located outside the unit.

Various models are available including units with only disabled rooms and units with a combination of disabled and able-bodied rooms with or without an anteroom. The structure is composed as follows:
- floor of 200 kg/sqm load capacity with galvanised frame with visible parts painted RAL 8019 dark brown and 18 mm waterproof chipboard with washable PVC;
- walls with insulated polyurethane panels 40 mm thick white/grey RAL 9002 washable;
- flat roof with 30 mm thick polyurethane insulated corrugated panels (+40 mm thick) white/grey RAL 9002;
- external corners in pre-painted sheet metal, colour white/grey RAL 9002 bolted;
- perimeter gutter in galvanised sheet metal painted dark brown RAL 8019 colour with 40 mm projection;
- holes in the gutter to allow rainwater drainage;
- fixtures are made of RAL 9010 white prepainted aluminium profile.

In addition, the prefab bathroom is supplied complete with: 
- electrical system with visible inspectionable ducts, complete with: electrical panel with circuit breaker, external watertight box with terminals for 220v power supply, light sources;
- plumbing system with visible polypropylene piping and sanitary fixtures (depending on the model chosen) ceramic toilet with seat, seat cover and water tank; 65x55 cm enamelled steel squat toilet with water tank; single ceramic washbasin with hot/cold water tap.

The product is shipped with a declaration of conformity of the electrical and plumbing systems, user manual and identification plate with serial number, job order and year of production.
