Prefab toilet light

The prefab toilet is the compact and transportable solution for equipping construction sites and other places where toilets are needed on a temporary basis. They are simple to use modules that are essential in design but equipped with everything necessary to meet the needs of the users and workers who use them. In contrast to other types of portable toilets, they are real bathrooms complete with all amenities, making them ideal for trade fairs, festivals and long-term events, construction sites or campsites. In order to be used, they must be connected to the water and sewage system.

With regard to the hydrosanitary system of the prefab toilet, there are 2 models to choose from: a model with a thermoplastic (ABS) squat toilet and a model with a ceramic toilet. Both also include an ABS washbasin with a cold water tap. The electrical system is not included as standard.

On a technical level, the structure is made of galvanised steel tubing and press-bent profiles filled with 30 mm thick sandwich-type wall panels containing a polyurethane foam insulation layer. The roof of the prefab bathroom is made of 30 mm thick sandwich panels, which are also insulated with a layer of polyurethane foam. In the model equipped with toilet and sink, the floor consists of an 18 mm chipboard covered with a PVC layer. In the model equipped with squat toilet and sink, on the other hand, the floor is galvanised. 

This prefab toilet is equipped with a 63x200 H mm solid access door with a handle. The door features a vasistas opening at the top to ventilate the inside of the module. There are also 4 lifting hooks to facilitate moving the product. The external dimensions of the bathroom including support feet are 915x975x2400 mm and the weight is 100 kg, while a useful internal height of 2250 mm. Each module has a nameplate with a unique serial number.
