Prefab toilet

A prefab toilet is the ideal solution for providing heat-insulated, spacious and fully equipped toilets that can be positioned anywhere outdoors. The uses are manifold and include construction sites, sports facilities, festivals and events, campsites and more. They stand alone and can be arranged in batteries to increase the offer and guarantee services to even large numbers of users. Their many advantages include ease of handling and installation, easy cleaning and sanitising, and innovative water systems. No model is equipped with an electrical system. The module includes a declaration of conformity for the plumbing system, an operating and maintenance manual and a nameplate with serial number, order number and year of manufacture.

The structure of the prefab toilet consists of walls and roof made of 40 mm thick insulated panels, galvanised sheet metal external profiles and pre-painted galvanised sheet metal internal profiles. The 3 mm thick floor fixed to the base frame (galvanised steel frame and galvanised tubular beams) is made of ribbed aluminium, which guarantees a non-slippery surface and is therefore particularly safe for the user. This type of floor resists corrosion well and is easy to sanitise.

Each prefab bathroom, depending on the model chosen, is complete with 1 or 2 blind doors with handle, lock and key made of RAL9010 white pre-painted aluminium profile and sandwich panel infill, complete with PVC vasistas window with opaque glass. The door’s opening dimensions are 900x1850H mm.

With regard to the choice of sanitary fittings inside the prefab toilet, various models are available with a choice of: toilet and washbasin, squat toilet and washbasin, 2 toilets and 2 washbasins, 2 squat toilets and 2 washbasins, or toilet, washbasin and shower room. The plumbing system includes - depending on the model - 1 or 2 plastic washbasins (ABS/PMMA) complete with ball valve or ceramic washbasin with cold water tap. The pans are made of enamelled steel, the toilets of ceramic, and both have exposed water cisterns. The shower area includes 1 shower head with tap, 1 drain and PVC curtain.
