Storage container in steel 3120 x 1450 mm with spill pallet for drums 200 lt on grating

The storage container made of steel allows you to safely store up to twenty 200-liter drums. The monobloc structure can be moved by lifting from above or by using a forklift which, however, must have an adequate capacity and be equipped with extensions for the forks. Given the complexity of its handling, the container is to be considered a definitive solution once positioned. Able to satisfy every need, the container is available in the version with 1 or 2 levels. In addition to the number of shelves, it is possible to choose whether to buy a container without doors, with hinged, sliding doors or with PVC tarpaulin.

Included in the structure, the spill pallet, which is built in compliance with the Italian legislation on safety. This provides that the spill pallet has the capacity to collect the greater between 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container. If you intend to use the container outside the borders of the Italian territory it will be necessary to check the current legislation on the subject (for example, the French legislation provides for a capacity equal to 50% of the total stored, while in Germany it is 10%)

To ensure maximum safety, the production of each storage container takes place in compliance with the following regulations:
• 2009/104 / CE regarding work equipment
• Legislative Decree 81/2008 annex V Consolidated text on safety at work
• UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2006 certificate n. 523-088-2012 TÜV Italia and the Essential Requirements for Safety and Environmental Protection with regard to the manufacturer.
Furthermore, upon request it is possible to obtain the certification relating to the UNI EN 1090 standard, thanks to which it is possible to affix the CE marking on the container.

The body of the container has a thickness of the sheet metal of the doors, walls and roof equal to 2.5 mm, while the thickness of the sheet of the spill pallet is 3 mm. The doors, both the sliding and hinged ones, and the accessory of the insulating roof are produced using 50 mm mineral wool sandwich panels. These panels are EI30 certified with fire resistance class A2 S1-d0 interposed between the galvanized sheets. The container also has a provision for fixing to the ground with dowels and is equipped with a removable hot-dip galvanized grid floor, with 66x55 mm mesh.

If flammable substances are stored, ventilation grids are strongly recommended. These are designed in such a way that they comply with Italian regulations (Ministerial Decree 18/05/95) and therefore guarantee ventilation equal to 1/30 of the floor area. In the event that the storage container is used outside Italy, it will be necessary to check the relevant regulations of the country in question (e.g. in Germany they are recommended, while in France they are compulsory, but the provisions regarding number and structure may differ). The models without doors or with PVC tarpaulin closure do not require ventilation grilles or insulating roofs. In addition, for greater safety, explosion-proof ventilation and a polypropylene spill pallet can also be obtained on request. This type of spill pallet is integrated with the container tank and it is recommended if you need to store aggressive and corrosive substances such as acids, non-solvents. Finally, on request, the container can be fully insulated.
