Insulated container 90 liters front opening

The insulated container with a capacity of 90 liters and front opening AF 12 Melform is suitable for the transport and storage of food in compliance with current regulations.  The use of the container makes it possible to operate correctly in an HACCP environment, ensures correct thermal maintenance limiting the risk of bacterial proliferation and preserving the quality of the food and its organoleptic properties. In addition, it is equipped with a label holder for identifying the contents.

The isothermal characteristics guarantee its use from -30°C to 100°C and fully meet the criteria of the current legislation (EC Reg. 852/2004 HACCP) and of the applicable technical standards (EN12571 and Accord AFNOR AC D40-007). In addition, the design of the insulated container is conceived to allow correct cleaning even in the dishwasher.

The AF 12 insulated container is set up for the use of eutectic plates, which allow the temperatures of fresh and frozen food to be maintained for an extended period of time, and can be configured with an active door to allow hot food to be transported indefinitely. If used for transporting fresh food, it is important to place it in the cold store the night before use.

The Insulated container is built with rotational moulding, presenting itself as a seamless, stackable and easily handled monobloc. The front door allows a wide and easy opening for the insertion of Gastronorm 1/1, 1/2 and 1/3 containers and, even if two containers are stacked on top of each other, it remains removable and dishwasher safe. Finally, polyethylene trolley accessories and a fixing kit are available for stacking containers.
