Portable refrigerated container ATP 140 liters front opening

The portable refrigerated container ATP Koala 140 AF 140-litre by Melform is the powered solution for transporting fresh and frozen food. The particularly thick walls ensure that the temperature is maintained with a minimum number of times the refrigerating unit is switched on to limit energy consumption. The refrigerating unit switches on when the outside temperature is higher than the set temperature thanks to the programmable digital thermostat.

The body of the portable refrigerated container ATP is manufactured using seamless rotational moulding technology and the wall thickness is greater than the category standard. The body and door of the refrigerator are constructed according to isothermal criteria in line with HACCP regulations (EC Reg. 852/2004, EN12571 and Accord AFNOR AC D40-007). In addition, inside there are 5 grill housings positioned 62/152/242/332/422 mm high.

The portable refrigerated container ATP allows total respect of the cold chain throughout the distribution cycle and enables the simultaneous transport of room temperature, fresh or frozen food in the same vehicle, even if not insulated. In addition, it can be equipped with a galvanised steel trolley to stack 2 containers on top of each other and with special fastening systems.

To allow the portable refrigerated container ATP to be powered, it is equipped with three cables: one for 230 Vac mains power supply and two for 12Vdc power supply (one Anderson terminal and one with cigarette lighter plug or fork terminals depending on the model). Finally, ATP certification with class IR or class FRCX approval is available for purchase at the same time as the enclosure. It is important to check with the relevant local health authority whether this kind of certification is mandatory.
