The manual hydraulic bench shop press by Fervi is the bench-top solution that allows pressing operations to be carried out with minimum space requirements. It is the ideal tool for use both by craftsmen and within industrial departments. Thanks to this machine, it is possible to optimally carry out assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, and the fitting of bearings or pulleys on shafts. Since it is a service machine, it is not suitable for carrying out long-lasting jobs.

Made of steel, the hydraulic bench press has a robust and durable structure consisting of: frame, pallet and supporting pillars, hydraulic cylinder with mobile piston and manually operated pump, manometer and all the components of the hydraulic circuit. In addition, there are hydraulic oil lines that are perfectly capable of withstanding the stress and an overpressure valve to ensure safe working.

Using the hydraulic bench shop press is extremely easy and intuitive. In fact, once the press has been mounted and positioned on the workbench, it will be necessary to place the workpiece on the pressing table, centred in relation to the piston. At this point, simply close the unloading valve by turning it clockwise and activate the pump by moving the appropriate lever from top to bottom. Once the circuit is pressurised, simply lower the piston until the desired height is reached.

The working area available with this hydraulic bench shop press is 350x115x325 mm. This press model has a capacity of 4 tonnes and a maximum pressure capacity of 51 MPa. The cylinder diameter is 40 mm and the piston diameter is 25 mm. The latter has a stroke of 125 mm.
