Portable refrigerated container ATP 370 liters front opening

The portable refrigerated container 370 liters by Melform is the safe solution for ATP-compliant transport of fresh and frozen food. It is ideal as a transport solution in vans and is available in the basic version or with wheels (100 mm diameter rubber wheels, 2 fixed and 2 swivel, 1 of which with brake). The body of the container is produced by means of rotational moulding technology: it is therefore seamless and has walls that are thicker compared to the category standard.

Different models of portable refrigerated container are available, some fitted with a static refrigeration unit equipped with a "roll-bond" type evaporator, others fitted with a fan-assisted refrigeration unit, for greater speed in reaching temperature and maintaining it uniform within the container. The refrigeration unit, depending on the model, is located on the back or on the top of the container and comes into operation when the external temperature is higher than that temperature set by the digital thermostat. The performance of the refrigeration unit is guaranteed for use at room temperature from +10°C to +30°C, while the container (isothermal box) is guaranteed for use from -30° to +100°C.

All models are equipped with a hermetic compressor with an electronic regulation and control unit with overvoltage protection. The container is also equipped with 3 grids housings (grids available as an optional accessory) positioned at 335/500/665 mm from the bottom of the container, a door that can be opened up to 270° with a flap door latch, a stainless steel closing handle with release button, a stainless steel rod with 2 hooks integrated in the door and an easily removable door seal.

The portable refrigerator can be powered by using one of the 3 supplied cables: one for 230 Vac mains power supply and two for 12Vdc power supply (one with Anderson terminal and one, depending on the model chosen, with cigar-lighter plug or fork terminals). The accuracy of the refrigeration unit is +/-0.5 °C, the refrigerant gas is R134a (for the 0°C +10/+40°C version) or R452a (for the -18°C +10/+40°C version). Finally, the overall heat transfer coefficient is: K=0.32 W/m2K.
