The insulated container ATP 1000 liters represents an important solution for many industries. It is in fact a product that allows temperature-controlled transport, thus enabling the cold chain to be kept intact throughout the logistics phase. The durable front door features a handle that is designed for the use of a tamper-evident system. In addition, the door has a 270° opening and features an integrated stainless steel rod with two hooks. These features facilitate the loading and unloading of products.

For this type of ATP isothermal container, it is possible to apply for a class IR and RRCX approval certificate. This must be requested at the time of purchase and cannot be requested at a later date. For this reason it is important to check in advance with your local health authority that the certificate is actually compulsory. Before using the container, it must be placed in the refrigerator the day before overnight.

This model of insulated container is made using high quality products thanks to which it is possible to transport fresh and frozen products without affecting the organoleptic properties of the product and avoiding the proliferation of bacteria. The technique used to make the container is that of rotational moulding, which makes it possible to obtain a seamless monoblock. The inner and outer walls of the container and door are made of polyethylene, while between the walls there is CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation.

You can choose from 3 different models of insulated container depending on the type of base you require. In fact, there is a version available with wheels (two fixed, two swivel, one of which has a 125 mm diameter brake), with galvanised steel feet or with pallets. The external dimensions of the container are 80x120 cm, namely those of europallets, so as to optimise storage and transport costs. In addition, it is also possible to purchase the cooling elements for fresh or frozen food and the drip tray for collecting melt water from fish ice.
