The insulated container ATP 1300 liters is the ideal solution for transporting fresh and frozen food. In fact, this device makes it possible to transport goods at a controlled temperature, thus maintaining the cold chain intact and preserving product quality. The frontal opening of the container is by means of a door that can open up to 270°, it has a stainless steel handle with provision for the use of tamper-evident systems and an integrated stainless steel rod with two hooks.
Manufactured using the best raw materials, the ATP isothermal container consists of inner and outer walls made of polyethylene using the rotational moulding technique to create a seamless monoblock. Between the walls is CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation material. To use the container in the correct way, it must be placed in the cold store the day before overnight, so that it is then able to maintain the temperature.
It is possible to apply for a class IR and RRCX approval certificate for this insulated container. To obtain the certificate, you must request it at the time of purchase and it will not be possible to request it later. To check whether the certificate is compulsory, you will need to consult your local health authority.
Two versions of the insulated container are available to meet all requirements, one with 125 mm diameter wheels, two fixed and two swivel, one with a brake, and one with galvanised steel feet. Externally, the container has euro-pallet dimensions of 80x120 cm, a characteristic that allows it to optimise space management and costs during transport. Also available as accessories are the eutectic plates for fresh and frozen to help maintain temperature and the drip tray for fish ice melt water.
