Insulated container ATP 370 liters front opening

The insulated container ATP 370 liters is the front-opening solution for transporting and storing foodstuffs requiring ATP certification at a controlled temperature. Thanks to the front-opening door that can be opened up to 270° with a tongue latch, it allows foodstuffs to be transported to be easily loaded and unloaded. It is an ideal product to be used for the handling and distribution of perishable products without interrupting the cold chain.

The one-piece structure of the insulated container is made from food-safe polyethylene inner and outer walls, while to insulate the walls it is used CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation material. The closing handle on the door is made of stainless steel and is equipped with a release button. In addition, it is possible to install a tamper-evident system to ensure total security during transport.

Its compact dimensions make it suitable for transport in commercial vehicles. Internally, the container is equipped with grooves that promote good air circulation and with 3 runners for housing grids that allow better load distribution. The ATP isothermal container is fully compliant with the criteria for food transport regulated by ATP standards. It is possible to apply for a class IR and RRCX approval certificate for fresh food transport. Consult your local health authority to check whether the certificate is compulsory and, if necessary, request the certificate when purchasing the container. It will not be possible to buy it separately.

Ideal for transporting fresh or frozen food, the use of the insulated container ATP is guaranteed from -30°C to +100°C. To use it, it must be placed in the cold store the night before. There is a choice of three container versions that differ in the base, which can be on wheels, with metal feet or on pallets.
