The insulated container ATP 500 liters is a device for transporting and storing fresh and frozen food according to ATP rules. It is in fact the product with which food can be transported without interrupting the cold chain from the logistics base to its final destination. The container door can be opened up to 270° and there is also a door latch with a tab. This allows food to be loaded and unloaded conveniently and comfortably. The handle on the door is made of stainless steel with a release button and is tamper-evident.

The internal structure of the isothermal container, featuring of grooves, promotes good air circulation inside the container. The inner and outer walls of the container, as well as those of the door, are made of polyethylene, while the insulation between the walls is made of CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane. These materials, in addition to guaranteeing the correct thermal maintenance, preserve the organoleptic properties of the food and limit the risk of bacterial proliferation.

This model of ATP insulated container complies with current regulations for food transport regulated by ATP standards. The IR and RRCX class approval certificate for fresh transport can be requested. It is important to check in advance with your local health authority whether the certificate is compulsory and, if necessary, request it at the time of purchase as it will not be possible to request it later.

This model of insulated container ATP is designed to transport fresh or frozen food and its use is guaranteed from -30° C to +100° C. Before use, the container must be placed inside the cold store overnight. Three different versions are available that differ in the type of base, which can be equipped with wheels, feet or a pallet-like structure. Furthermore, it is possible to buy as accessories the eutectic plates for fresh and frozen food.
