Insulated container ATP 600 liters front opening

The insulated container ATP 600 liters is a product that is able to guarantee a controlled temperature during the transport of food products. Thanks to this type of product, in fact, it is possible to maintain the cold chain during all stages of product transport. This container has a front opening and the door is equipped with a stainless steel closing handle with a release button. It also has a provision for the use of a tamper-evident system.

The container has a structure consisting of internal and external walls made of polyethylene, a material suitable for food contact. The lining inside the walls is made of CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation. Also integrated in the door is a stainless steel rod with 2 hooks. This structure, its design and the use of top-quality materials mean that the insulated container is able to preserve the organoleptic properties of the food by limiting the risk of bacterial proliferation.

The container is manufactured in compliance with current food transport regulations ATP standards. For this type of ATP isothermal container, a class IR and RRCX type-approval certificate can be requested for fresh transport. It will be necessary to check in advance with your local health authority whether the certificate is compulsory and if so, request it at the time of purchase as it will not be possible to request it later.

Three different versions of the insulated container ATP are available to suit all needs. In fact, it is possible to choose a container with a simple base, with wheels (two fixed and two swivel, one of which has a brake) or with metal feet. For all models, use is guaranteed for temperatures ranging from -30° C to +100° C. Before use, the container must be placed in the refrigerator overnight. Additionally, it is possible to purchase eutectic plates to longer maintain a specific temperature, or shelves (up to 3 per refrigerator).
