The insulated container ATP 780 liters is an essential element in many industries. It makes it possible to ensure that temperature-sensitive products maintain their integrity during transport. It is an essential device in various types of sectors, particularly the food industry. Thanks to this product, it is possible to maintain the cold chain of fresh and frozen products during all stages of transport. The ATP isothermal container is designed with special materials that thermally insulate its contents, keeping the internal temperature constant for an extended period. The inner and outer walls of the container and door are made of polyethylene, a material suitable for food contact. The insulating material between the walls, on the other hand, is made of CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane. The care taken in the design and realisation makes it possible to preserve the organoleptic properties of the food and avoid bacterial proliferation.

The use of this insulated container ATP for transporting food takes place in full compliance with the transport regulations, the ATP standards. It is possible to apply for a class IR and RRCX approval certificate for fresh transport. Consult your local health authority to check whether the certificate is compulsory, which may have to be requested at the time of purchase as it will not be possible to do so later.

It is possible to choose between two different models of insulated container. One is available with galvanised steel feet or on wheels (4 wheels with a diameter of 125 mm, two fixed and 2 swivel, one of which has a brake). The wheel support plate is integrated in the container. In addition, the use of the container is guaranteed for temperatures ranging from -30° C to + 100° C. To use the container, it will be necessary to place it in the refrigerator overnight. Moreover, to help maintain the temperature for longer, it is possible to purchase the cooling element accessory up to 3° C for fresh products and up to -21° C for frozen products.
