Insulated container ATP 900 liters front opening

The insulated container ATP 900 liters is the solution for the temperature-controlled transport of fresh and frozen products. Thanks to the use of containers such as this, it is possible to maintain the cold chain during transport, thus ensuring a quality product. The front door can be opened up to 270° and thanks to the presence of the door latch the loading and unloading of goods inside the container is facilitated. The handle on the door is also built as to be equipped, if necessary, with a tamper-evident system that guarantees the security of the goods contained.

The ATP isothermal container is also available with a class IR and RRCX approval certificate. The certificate can only be requested at the time of purchase and cannot be requested later. The compulsory nature of the certificate must be checked with the local health authority. Externally, the container has Europallet dimensions, making it ideal for optimising space and transport costs.

The care and attention paid to the design of this type of insulated container has made it possible to obtain a quality product with which to transport goods without affecting the organoleptic properties and avoiding bacterial proliferation. Manufactured using the rotational moulding technique, the container consists of a seamless monoblock. The outer and inner walls are made of polyethylene, while there is a CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane insulation layer between the walls.

Three different models of insulated container are available. It is possible to purchase the container model with galvanised steel feet, on pallets or with wheels (diameter 125 mm two fixed two swivel, one with brake). Finally, the use of the container is guaranteed for temperatures ranging from -30° C to + 100° C. Before use, it must be placed in the refrigerator overnight so that it can then maintain the required temperature. As an accessory, it is also possible to purchase the eutectic plates for fresh and frozen food, or the drip tray for collecting melt water from fish ice.
